Design Deposit

$50 deposit at the start of any project which will go toward final invoice.

Initial Updates for Existing Website
Includes correspondence with current host or former site designer to accomplish goal

Updates billed per hour in 15 minute increments; estimate will be provided at the beginning of the project.

New Website Design
Includes 4 pages such as Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Blog & Contact

$500 for “basic” website. Additional design work beyond basic package will be billed at an agreed upon hourly rate as an add on to the package.

Ongoing Website Upkeep
Periodic or regularly scheduled website updates & upkeep to keep your website current and fresh

Depending on your needs, a per time rate can be arranged or we can set up a package rate for regularly scheduled updates throughout a specified time period, depending on the scope of the project.

Blog Posts & Email Communication
Running a blog does not have to be complicated or hard! Let me help you get going by creating a series of blog posts that can be scheduled to post when you want them to. These in turn can be shared to social media accounts creating a “loop” of advertising and efficiency in marketing efforts! If you are a church, FlockNote is an excellent communication tool; I can help you set up an account and/or manage your communications with your flock.

Fees will be based on the level of availability of content, with an estimated rate range per blog post provided at the start of the project, or set up as a package.

Social Media or Print Graphic Design
Graphic design related to your website is included with the website design service fees but if you need additional design work above and beyond the scope of the website project, or for print or social media purposes, this will be billed at an hourly rate.

Estimate will be provided prior to start of the project.

WordPress and Domain Registration Fees
Website fees outside of and not included with website designer fees include domain name registration fees as well as website hosting. There are many domain name registrars (where you register/buy your domain name) and you can choose where you want to purchase your domain name. It’s easiest to purchase your domain name through WordPress so everything is in one location, however many people acquire their domains through such places as GoDaddy, Google or Register.

In addition to the domain name you choose, you will also need to purchase a website hosting package through WordPress.

Domain Name registration fees average $10-$20 per year

Website Hosting averages between $48-$300 per year with the most common costing $48-$96 per year

Flocknote for Church Communications

Flocknote fees range based on the number of people you are reaching, and averages between $20-$60 per month, which includes emails and text communications, surveys, sign up forms, and much more! (These fees are only for the Flocknote account and are separate from Turning Leaf Studio management costs).
